Medical & Nursing Services

Skilled Medical and Nursing services are essential to the plan of care for residents who are in recovery and for those whose activities of daily living cannot be provided for at home. These residents may require skilled nursing care following a surgical procedure, and acute condition or an exacerbation of a chronic illness. Skilled medical services include respiratory services, comprehensive wound care, infusion therapy, and digestive disorder services. These residents typically require an increased frequency of nursing assessment and monitoring.

Physician services (The resident’s personal physician is encourage to continue to follow through with the set plan of care. Several local physicians are available if residents do not have a regular physician.)
